Shipping & Returns

Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX unless specified otherwise. Any returns require prior authorization.

You can contact us at 419-756-2453, M–F from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, SATURDAY 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, SUNDAY 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

  • Free Shipping is applied to the ORIGINAL order Only (over 100.00) when placed online.
  • If you RETURN an order your refund will be LESS the current Free Shipping rate + a 10%  restock fee
  • All subsequent exchanges are subject to ground shipping charges and handling charge if you ordered the wrong size.
  • You can place your order online or by calling 419-756-2453. We are happy to take your order over the phone with a customer service rep between the hours of: M–F from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, SATURDAY 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, SUNDAY 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Orders accepted for Lower 48 STATES, U.S Only
  • Orders NOT accepted for Credit cards Issued Outside of the United States .
  • Orders are not shipped holidays or week-ends.
  • Orders Must include a telephone# when your order is placed.
  • Customer Signature required for orders shipped to apartments/townhouses/condos etc and orders over $100.

RETURNS/REFUNDS and EXCHANGEs

CLOSEOUTS/DISCONTINUEDS: NO REFUNDS/ RETURNS ON CLOSEOUTS, or DISCONTINUEDS items. EXCHANGES SUBJECT to AVAILABILITY

  • All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the date of receipt date, no exceptions.
  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please INCLUDE YOUR ORDER ID number in the SUBJECT LINE line of the email and an RMA will be issued. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. Please call 1-419-756-2453or email info@renegadeclassicsohio.com
  • Any package returned without an RMA# will be subject to an ADDITIONAL 10% RESTOCK fee.
  • There is a restock fee of 10% for any returned, undamaged product, customer pays shipping charges.
  • Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging.

Incorrect Item Received: No charge.  Renegade Classics of Ohio will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. We will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only if we sent the wrong size/item. We will replace the item or credit your card when the product is returned to us. Send any/all returns by USPS or UPS Ground. You are responsible for shipping fees of any returned product. We do NOT issue Call Tags for "Damaged/Defective Item Claims

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. All shortages/defects must be reported to us within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the delivering carrier within 5 days after receipt of goods. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the problem and notify us immediately. Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, please contact the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection report be made.

REFUSED Or CANCELED ORDERS: Any refused or Canceled order is subject to a 15% restocking fee, a 3% Processing Fee, and shipping reimbursement .

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.  Please send us the tracking#.   Renegade Classics of Ohio is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Renegade Classics of Ohio reserves the right to amend or modify these policies any time without prior notice.
